My approach
After more than twenty years of supporting executives and their teams in their transformations and decision-making, I have become convinced that there is no such thing as a ready-made solution. And when an answer comes from outside, without being fully appropriate, it quickly runs out of steam. The changes that last are those that we make our own.
My approach is rooted as much in the visible—posture, decisions, impact—as in the invisible: the nervous system, emotions, internal resources, and the implicit dynamics of an environment.
What guides me is helping leaders take back control of their lives and be aware of their impact on their teams, their organization, and those around them.
