For over 20 years, I have been supporting leaders in demanding, often very male-dominated environments. I find these worlds both stimulating and challenging, as they reveal both the strength and fragility of those who work in them.

I myself have experienced what it is like to hold on at all costs, to perform in silence while doubting myself internally. It is this personal journey that fuels my passion for leadership development: helping everyone find a way to lead that combines performance and integrity.

Today, I mainly help female executives and leaders take a decisive step forward: embodying a posture that inspires confidence, making clear decisions, and exercising sustainable leadership without sacrificing their energy or authenticity.

My role? To help them become the protagonists of their own stories again.

 

Coaching

For me, coaching is a path to inner transformation: finding your breath, realigning yourself, and ensuring that your actions are finally in line with what really matters.

Many of the women I coach work in environments with rigid codes: they carry a heavy load, sometimes doubt their legitimacy, and seek to make themselves heard without betraying themselves.

Together, we work to establish an aligned posture that inspires confidence and respect, without the need to overdo it.

My role is to provide a safe and demanding space where you can clarify your priorities, regulate pressure, make discerning decisions, and exercise leadership that unites without exhausting you.

 

Transformation Experience

I have spent more than 20 years in environments where change was the only constant. Mergers, reorganizations, new models… I have seen how stimulating, but also destabilizing, this can be for teams and leaders alike.

What I have learned is that you don’t get through these moments with processes alone, but above all with meaning, connection, and clarity.

Today, I help leaders stay the course in the storm: to understand human dynamics, to rally around a shared vision, and to create cultures where people and performance are no longer at odds. Because lasting transformation cannot be decreed, it must be built together.
 

 

 

My values

My values are the guiding thread of my coaching. They are not just nice labels, but lived experiences, integrated into my daily practice.

  • Courage, because I myself have learned to switch off autopilot and make turning points in my life and career.
  • Curiosity, because it opens up new horizons. It feeds my taste for diversity of ideas, cultures, and people, and invites me to learn constantly, to welcome difference as a source of richness, and to expand possibilities.
  • Compassion, because I know what it’s like to hold on when everything inside is shaking. I create safe spaces where people can take off their masks and finally breathe.
  • Relational elegance, which combines care, respect, and appreciation. It is the way of treating oneself and others fairly, combining high standards with sensitivity. It invites us to recognize the value of what is, and to nurture it with grace.
  • Integrity, because no lasting leadership can be built by betraying who we are. It extends to the freedom to express your truth and give others permission to do the same.

  • Collaboration, because I deeply believe that collective intelligence always exceeds the sum of individualities.

Working together means choosing to move forward differently: with discernment, depth, and lightness.
